WHY WE STARTED.
There was a real problem in commercial paving that nobody was solving. Property owners with lots across multiple states had to find a new paving company for every single property — different contractors, different pricing, different standards, different headaches. Every time.
Gabriel Myerowitz started FineLines in 2022 to fix that. The idea was simple: build a national paving company that a property owner or manager could call once and have every property they own handled, regardless of which state it's in.
Three years and 400+ commercial jobs later — that's still exactly how we operate.
